Brewing kettle Braumeister PLUS 20 liters

The Speidel Braumeister is a compact, all-in-one, automatic brewing kettle made of stainless steel. Brew your own beer from malt with this robust and easy-to-use brewing equipment. You want to brew a quality beer but you don't have the space or you don't want all the fuss with all the hoses and containers? Then the Braumeister is the ideal solution! The entire mashing process, as well as lautering and cooking, take place in the same kettle.

This new model has a welded double jacket for cooling. The factory-welded double jacket makes previous accessories superfluous and gives you even more freedom when brewing beer. In this way, you can also make more complicated beers even more easily than before. There is an additional drain with a tap on the bottom of the boiler for draining the dirty water, which makes cleaning much easier.

As with the original, the Braumeister PLUS also has a very clear operating unit with a larger screen so that the entire program can be seen at a glance. The touchscreen with illuminated buttons gives the Braumeister a contemporary look. Programmable up to ten recipes, including two preprogrammed standard recipes; a recipe can contain up to five stages and three hop additions (before the end of cooking).

Even if you have no brewing experience, you can use this device to produce a perfect wort as the basis for fermentation within 5 hours. Just plug it in and brewing can begin. The different temperatures are set digitally with a RIMS system (recirculation infusion mash system). The entire mashing process can be programmed with the digital control unit.

Caution: When using the Braumeister PLUS with the optional shortened malt pipe, there is insufficient contact between the wort and the cooling jacket, which leads to insufficient cooling. We recommend using a wort cooler (spiral or plate heat exchanger), see accessories below.
