Keg coupler for filling KEG beer kegs

First, the keg is preloaded with carbonic acid via the shut-off valve (1). To do this, close the stopcock (2).

The desired drum pressure, e.g. 1 bar, can be set using the adjusting screw (3).

If this set pressure in the keg is exceeded, the valve blows off the excess pressure.

Once the correct pressure has been reached, the tap (1) is closed and the CO2 line is then unscrewed.

The beer line is screwed on.

Open taps (1) and (2) to fill. The barrel is being filled.

If the keg pressure increases, valve (1) automatically blows off (as described above).

If beer comes out of tap (2), the keg is full. Close all 2 taps and remove the tap head from the keg.
