1. Fill a large container with water and immerse the device in it.
2. Add a tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate for every liter of water in the container.
3. Place the container on the stove and let it cook for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, the lacquer layer will separate from the utensil and can be washed away with soap and water. Dry the inside of the pan with a clean cloth. For maintaining the outer shine of the piece, use a special cleansing product.

If any varnish still remains after cleaning, it can be easily removed with acetone soaked in a cloth. It is crucial to remove all paint from the device before use, otherwise, the heat of the oven will cause it to darken.
